AIEEE results for the year 2008 declared on 3rd day of June'08 at 1730 hours.
AIEEE is usually the most awaited results of all for engineering aspirants primarily because a large number of colleges come under its purview. And, immediately after knowing the rank, you would be really impatient to know what courses might be available to you and what could be your best bet.

More or less, these do not get changed a lot and gives one a fair idea of the courses which might be available. u get it at an All India Rank basis....sorry, i don't think you stand any chance to get through DCE at your rank....

can i get admission in any gud college in delhi???
i'd say, go for thapar. it's better than nit jalandhar any day...if you are from punjab, you stand a fair chance to get electrical there.....go for it
by admission to a good college in delhi, if you mean the private colleges which exist there......then we are sorry....it's very difficult to provide state-to-state information about private colleges....though, i could tell you that you won't be able to get through DCE or NSIT which are supposed to be best over there.....so, instead of going to some other private college there, take thapar

if you have inclination towards IT, take IT at IIIT without inhibitions..incase, u find mech/chem better...take one of them in NIT Trichy....

is DCE/NSIT the best option at aieee air 159 or shud i go for NIT warangal/trichy/suratkal or IIIT hyderabad?
With an AIR of 3901 in JEE, I am skeptical about what to take.
(there are other good options available viz AIEEE air1404, (good enough for getting me CSE in IIIT- H), BITSAT score 347 and DCE CEE rank 73).
As many others my ultimate goal is MBA so i just wanted to know whether (just the) IIT brand name works in MBA or a good stream in a college like DCE or BITS or IIITH works better
Also talking about IIIT H, every learned person I talk to has placed it above all "NON-IITs"
but the rankings O see in newspapers and on various sites tell a different story.
Please help me what to opt for on the basis of
Industry exposure
Spare time to prepare for MBA
Brand value
Placements/package
And anything u think is necessary to share

at 159, DCE would certainly be the best option for you...
